Pikzy Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

By using Pikzy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use Pikzy

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 13 you may not create an account. We ask for your date of birth to check this.

You are responsible for your account and for anything posted from it.

2. Pikzy is a game, not gambling

Pikzy contests are free to enter. Pik Points have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or anything else, and cannot be transferred between accounts. They are a score, nothing more.

There is no wagering on Pikzy, no entry fee, and no payout.

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos, captions, comments, and direct messages you post. By posting content publicly you give us permission to display it within Pikzy to other users, which is the point of posting it. You can only send direct messages to people you are friends with on Pikzy, and a message is shown only to you and the person you sent it to.

The rules below apply to everything you post, including direct messages.

You may not post:

Photos are screened automatically before upload, and usernames, captions, and comments are screened for slurs and profanity. Automated screening is not perfect. We also rely on people reporting things, and we may remove content or suspend accounts.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report any Pik, comment, or direct message from within the app, and block any user. Blocking immediately hides that person's content from you and stops them messaging you. Reports are reviewed by us.

5. Sports data

Schedules, scores and player statistics come from public and third-party sources: the MLB Stats API, College Football Data, nflverse, and balldontlie. We do not guarantee any of it is accurate, complete, or timely, and scores may be corrected if the source data changes.

Pikzy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the NCAA, any college or university, any athletic conference, or any team, player, or league. Team names, abbreviations, and colours are used only to identify real fixtures.

6. Availability

Pikzy is provided as-is. It is early software. Features may change or break, and we may need to take it offline. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, your photos and the stored image files behind them, captions, comments, direct messages, lineups, friendships, and check-ins. It cannot be undone.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, particularly around content and the safety of other users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above and tell you in the app if the change is significant.

9. Who operates Pikzy

Pikzy is built and operated by an independent developer. There is no company behind it at this stage.
